Ordinance No. 2006-06-01 - An ordinance adopting the 2003 international fire code as the fire code for the Village of Point Venture; authorizing the Travis County Fire Marshall to enforce the fire code within the Village of Point Venture; providing for enforcement; providing for severability and providing for an effective date.

Ordinance No. 2006-09-02 - An ordinance of the City of Point Venture, Texas, declaring unopposed candidates in the November 6, 2006 general city election elected to office; canceling the election; providing a severability clause; providing an effective date; and providing an open meetings clause.

Ordinance No. 2006-09-11 - An ordinance of the Village of Point Venture designating the location of the Village office and approving the space necessary for the office.

Ordinance No. 2006-09-25 - An ordinance levying ad valorem taxes for use and support of the municipal government of the Village of Point Venture, Texas for the 2006-2007 fiscal year; and providing when taxes shall become due and when same shall become delinquent if not paid.

Ordinance No. 2006-11-12 - An ordinance of the Village of Point Venture, Texas, authorizing the execution of a contract for exclusive solid waste services in the Village; requiring all residential and commercial inhabitants of the Village to use such services; prohibiting other solid waste providers from providing solid waste service within the Village; providing for enforcement, penalties, for non-compliance, a repealer clause; severability clause, and an effective date.
