There is now a leash law in effect in Point Venture.
Ed Stuart is our animal control officer in Point Venture.

Austin Humane Society
The Austin Humane Society has a free spay/neuter program for stray and feral cats. This program does NOT include dogs. Please contact Leticia Stivers at

Humane Society of Williamson County
The Humane Society of Williamson County is located on Crystal Falls Parkway (also known as County Road 272) in Leander. They offer low-cost spay/neuter services, as well as a low-cost vaccination and microchip clinic the fourth Saturday of every month (1-4 PM).
